Hong Kong is a tough city to live in with the travel schedule, the drinking culture, the fast pace. Now, I’m getting all my meals and training plans sent to me. Even when I’m out of my hometown I’m getting my plans, I’m getting sent the location of the nearest gym, and so on. I always have plans and support to best get me through the situation whilst staying on my goal. I get the support with daily reminders on my food, my workouts, my sleep etc.
I’ve got my structure back in place, the first week was a transitional phase that I struggled to get used to but the more I kept up with the diet protocol and training plan, coming into the gym the more I enjoyed and the more I want to get myself deeper into the project.
