How much does it cost to train at Hybrid?


Depending on your individual needs, we offer a variety of membership options.  We offer a free consultation for all of our clients to fully understand what they are looking for. Please contact us at or +852 3468 7702 to sit down with our General Manager and learn about our various options.


Is Hybrid an Open Gym? 


Hybrid offers Open Gym during specific hours in the evening and limited hours on weekends for our clients. Please see our schedule for exact timings of Open Gym.


What amenities are available at Hybrid?


We offer individual and secure lockers with personal charging stations for daily use in our respective male and female changing rooms which are emptied at the end of each day. In addition to the full shower and changing room facilities, we offer complimentary hand and bath towels, soaps, hairdryers.


Do you offer beginner classes?


As our coaches are experts in their field, all are welcome to join classes. If you are a beginner student, we would recommend aiming to attend the classes entitled “Beginner,” and more intermediate to advanced students targeting the corresponding classes. If you are unsure at all, our coaches would be happy to speak to you and assess your ability to guide you to the right sessions.


How long are Hybrid Personal Training Packages?


At Hybrid, our personal training packages involve an intensive and progressive training plan based on your body’s ability. In order to help you reach your goals, Hybrid recommends training 3 times per week within a 12-week time frame for all personal training packages.


Do Hybrid Personal Training sessions expire? 


Hybrid Personal training packages expire after 1 year from purchase date.


What do you offer for kids and teenagers?


We offer Kids’ Fitness and Kickboxing for children as young as 5 years and up to 16 which are available to view on our weekly class schedule.
