Here at Hybrid, we have some of the highest division coaches in Hong Kong, whereby we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BBJ), Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling, as well as a specialised MMA class that combines all styles. We also offer 1-on-1 private sessions for those who desire a more personal approach to fitness training, as well as our fast track ‘Fight Camp’ program – designed to accelerate your training through 12 weeks of intense training.



We offer both 1-on-1 personal training sessions and group fitness training in HK, whereby each of our classes are tailored to suit your personal goals, whether these are health-related, for personal fitness, muscle building or performance-based, our professional coaches are here to help you every step of the way.

Our group fitness classes integrate the same high-level quality and intensity that we deliver during our private personal training sessions, though condensed down into a group setting of 45 – 60 minutes. We cover strength, conditioning and cardio-based classes, athletic performance via our custom-designed ‘Hybrid Athlete’ program, body sculpting and body fat burning classes. On top of that, for our group fitness members here at Hybrid in Hong Kong, we also offer knowledge on nutrition, mobility, recovery, tracking progress and special tips on how to maintain consistency inside and outside of the gym.
